Mickey's Tavern falls on a side street and it's touted as one of the best side street bars hidden in the Bucktown area that you'll ever come across. It might take some warming up to but as time goes on and the alcohol flows, you'll be sure to have a great time!
Mickey's Tavern is old and it shows. A lot of developers have their eye on Mickey's and so far, they haven't been able to conqueror it. Enjoy it while you can because you never know when this place is going to be overtaken by big-business and developed into something that it was never meant to be.
Mickey's Tavern has been around since 1972 and has been serving drinks with pleasurable taste and even a more likable price since that very first day. They serve $1.50 old style drafts and $2 miller lights all weekend long and that alone is worth the price of admission if you ask us.
