Farraguts
The first thing that we should note about Farraguts is the fact that they don't accept credit cards. Although we are personally A-Okay with that, we feel that it is our duty to let everybody else know that since this is a plastic society and very few people have cash nowadays. That said, the benefit of heading to Farraguts is the fact that you can probably pay for your tab using the spare change in your purse because this place is affordable!
They have specials every night at Farraguts. Monday they have $6 pitchers of Miller Light, PBR, and Leinenkugels. Tuesday they offer all of the 16 draft beers for only $2.50. Wednesday they offer domestic bottles for just $2.00. Thursday they offer all well liquor, mixed drinks, and shots for $3.00. Finally, Sunday, they offer free pool and $2.00 drafts of Miller Light, PBR, and Leinenkugels. Don't worry, even if you head there on a Friday or Saturday, you can rest assured that you won't be spending much.
All in all if you're looking for a hole in the wall to have a few drinks without any commotion then Farraguts is your place. It's got cheap beer, a low-key vibe, a pool table, and a rockin' juke box machine. If you're a local you know about it, if you're not but you find yourself in Andersonville, be sure to stop in.
